About The G.O.A.T. Spice!

Created over 30 Years Ago...

This spice blend was created over 30 years ago as a collaboration between a spice maker and a festival organizer. It was originally used to season the meat at this festival. We ran across this blend over 25 years ago and are excited to bring it to you!


Over the years, we have discovered a vast array of uses and seem to find more every day! You will need to figure out how “seasoned” you want your finished product, but once you dial it in, you’ll find it has an astonishing range of uses. One of our earliest uses was in ground beef to make hamburgers. It is also wonderful as a dry rub on steaks for grilling or brisket for smoking. Roasted or grilled vegetables are taken to the next level with just a small sprinkling of the blend.


We’ve recently had customers try it on seafood (on tuna or swordfish) and even as a boil for shrimp and crabs! The possibilities seem to be endless. Let us know how you like it and what you are using it on! If we publish your review and/or picture, we’ll extend a discount on your next purchase!
